Interhill Park, located near Bakam Road, Miri was Interhill’s first landed residential development in Miri, with a total of 4 phases. It was a brand of finer living lifestyle during its time, with a total of 231 residential houses, comprising single-storey and double-storey terrace houses, single-storey and double-storey semi-detached houses and double-storey detached houses.

Interhill Park was completed in 2007.

Heritage Garden

Heritage Garden was Interhill’s first mixed development in Kuching, featuring 14 units of 3-storey retail shops and 130 units of residential houses.

Selayang Point​

Sited a Taman Selayang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Selayang Point was Interhill’s first high-rise project in Peninsular Malaysia. It is a freehold development comprising 2 identical 23-storey residential towers which provide a panoramic view of Petronas Twin Tower and Kuala Lumpur Tower. Each of its 375 condominium units features a fusion of space and function.

Selayang Point was completed in 2008.

Miri Waterfront

Interhill developed the Miri Waterfront Commercial Centre, which consists of successful commercial retail lots, purpose-built office buildings, a multi-storey car park capable of accommodating 430 cars, Pullman Miri Waterfront and The Wharf Condominium fronting the breathtaking Miri River.

Miri Waterfront Commercial Centre is also a testament of Interhill’s courage and perseverance – it was previously a site for illegal squatters, and Interhill was the first private development company to successfully relocate the squatters to their resettlements at Tudan and Piasau Utara where they remain till today. The development was completed in 2003 with 4 phases, followed by the Miri Transformation Project which was completed in 2016:

Wisma Interhill

Wisma Interhill is a 6-storey purpose-built office building within the Miri Waterfront Commercial Centre which houses Interhill’s corporate headquarters. Some of its reputable tenants are Halliburton and Highland Development Agency.
